The city of Ashdod has nine bathing areas and Inly Ine of them has separate sections for men and women, despite the fact that 25% of the residents of Ashdod are religious and many Orthodox men and women from all over Israel, especially Jerusalem, come there to use the beach."We need another beach," a woman bather told Arutz Sheva in an interview today. "My biggest worry when swimming is not that I'll be carried away by a wave but that I will be kicked by another swimmer because of the overcrowded conditions."Most Orthodox men and women do not visit beaches frequented by both sexes due to the laws of tzniut (modesty) but require separate bathing areas.

Knesset member Eliyahu Hasid (United Torah Judaism) has written an order-of-the-day request to bring to the Knesset's agenda the matter of, in his words, "harassment of the ultra-orthodox at Shiba Medical Center," Israel's largest hospital which is located in Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv."From testimonies of visitors and patients, the ultra-orthodox suffer systematic discrimination and insults. As soon as they enter the hospital, they are all treated as if they are seriously ill corona patients," Hasid said."Anyone with an ultra-orthodox appearance suffers abuse and discriminatory treatment by the staff at Shiba Medical Center," Hasid added.

Prime Minister Netanyahu made a sudden departure followed soon after by his return to a Corona Cabinet meeting. Netanyahu excused his departure as a "national necessity."

Head of the Samarian Regional Council Yossi Dagan reacted with disgust to the opening of full diplomatic relations between Israel and the UAE at the expense of delaying application of sovereignty to Judea and Samaria."Netanyahu deceived the voters and sold out Judea and Samaria for a piece of diplomatic paper.
