IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi has entered isolation after exposure to an individual who later tested positive for the coronavirus. Kochavi will enter isolation in accordance with Health Ministry guidelines, but will continue with his schedule to the extent possible.The Chief of Staff feels fine without any coronavirus symptoms. He will soon be tested for COVID-19.

Education Minister Yoav Galant has criticized the behavior of the Health Ministry in seeking to prevent the resumption of in-class learning in additional grades."These problematic positions held by various officials, most notably within the Health Ministry, reflect an insufficient grasp of the extent to which students are negatively impacted by their decisions," Galant said.

A video of the deepest Gaza tunnel dug to date was released today by the IDF.
