20 Islamic Jihad suspects arrested in Judea and Samaria overnight. Rioters throw stones, explosives at IDF forces.

Ahead of the meeting of the Security Council tomorrow, the American source says that "the US expects the parties to resolve the issue between them". This means that the administration will avoid forcing the end of the conflict through the council.

A 70-year-old woman was seriously injured when part of her apartment collapsed in Netanya. She was taken to Tel Hashomer Hospital with about 80% third degree burns. Four other people, including a two-and-a-half-year-old toddler and a six-month-old baby, were moderately injured and were taken to Laniado Hospital.

The IDF reports that a tunnel intended for terrorist activity was attacked over the course of the night. The tunnel had not yet crossed into Israeli territory.
