US House of Representatives passes legislation that would sanction International Criminal Court for requesting arrest warrants for Netanyahu and other Israeli officials.

<p>Police on Tuesday night arrested two people suspected of violating public order during Hilula prayers at the Tomb of Samuel the Prophet in Jerusalem.</p><p>One police officer was lightly injured in clashes that broke out between worshipers and officers. The police restored order and the rioters were dispersed.</p>

<p>The IDF Spokesperson's Unit has cleared for publication that a munitions explosion occurred at the Tze'elim base in southern Israel on Tuesday. As a result of the explosion, two IDF soldiers were seriously injured, two soldiers were moderately injured and five other soldiers were lightly injured.</p><p>The soldiers were evacuated for medical treatment at a hospital, their families were informed. The incident is being investigated.</p>
