Police have arrested three suspects for throwing flares at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence in Caesarea on Saturday evening, Israeli media reported Sunday morning.The three suspects have been taken to be questioned by the Shin Bet and Lahav Unit 433.

A case of Clade I pox has been confirmed in California, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Saturday, marking the first case of the strain in the United States.The CDC said the case was diagnosed in a person who recently traveled from Eastern Africa. The person was treated shortly after returning to the US at a local medical facility and released, it added."Since then, the person has isolated at home, is not on treatment specific for pox, and symptoms are improving," the CDC said.

President-elect Donald Trump said on Saturday that oil and gas industry executive Chris Wright, a staunch defender of fossil fuel use, would be his pick to lead the Department of Energy.Wright is the founder and CEO of Liberty Energy, an oilfield services firm based in Denver. Ukraine's air defense units were trying to repel a Russian air attack on Kyiv, the military administration of the Ukrainian capital said on Sunday.Reuters witnesses heard several blasts in what sounded like air defense units in operation.
