Prime Minister Netanyahu is currently holding a situation assessment discussion with senior security officials at the Kirya in Tel Aviv, sources told The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday morning.This comes after the IAF began striking targets in Gaza on Monday night.

IDF, Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), and Police forces began an operation in Nablus overnight, the military said on Tuesday. During the operation, forces arrested three wanted persons and interrogated dozens of suspects. The military added that in parallel, security forces operated throughout the West Bank, arresting wanted persons and confiscating weapons. In Kalkilya, troops eliminated a terrorist and wounded others who had opened fire at troops.

IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir visited Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on Tuesday amid the military's renewed strikes on the Gaza Strip in Operation Strength and Sword.
